That’s me—there in the middle. And those are the residents of Armstrong Hall second floor short hall from the 2016-17 school year. This photo was an assignment for my advanced photography class. We were to shoot a self portrait that gave a glimpse into our lives. For me, I chose this because my job as a resident assistant in the freshman dorm is one of my favorite things, and these are some of my favorite people.

Thanks for visiting my blog. I hope you’ll find my thoughts and reflections on the world something you’ll enjoy.

I’m a public relations student at Harding University. I’m the editor-in-chief of the Petit Jean Yearbook where I work with some of the most talented and lovable folks.

When I’m not in class, studying or working to create an award-winning yearbook, I enjoy writing on my blog, listening to music (The Killers or Taylor Swift, probably) or reflecting on the day with the guys of Armstrong Hall.

My friends know me as a Chick-fil-A aficionado, where nuggets and waffle fries with Chick-fil-A Sauce are my specialty.

But more importantly, I hope my friends know me as someone who is intentional about creating genuine relationships and dedicated to making the world a better place one smile or hug at a time.
